COLORFUL &new 2-room apartment near the Centre

A new colorful, simple apartment for travelers who like a good rest, don't mind watering the tomatoes, who are just fine without a TV and have no problem going to the Centre by bus (10min ride). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a couch (130cmx200cm) and a balcony with tomatoes, a poetic kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It is very close to a 33km long historic path around Ljubljana (Pot Spominov in Tovaristva). City center is 10min away by bus or 45min walking. Across the street is a hip and trendy bar Sputnik. Grocery stores are 5min walking distance. Guest can use all the rooms. Available 24/7 by phone or e-mail. It is a very quiet neighborhood. 10min by bus to the city centre or park Tivoli. 1h walking distance in the nature to Koseze pond (koseski bajer). Close to grocery stores. Bus station #6 is a 5min walking distance. It will take you to the city centre. Airport is a 30min car drive away. Across the street is a hip bar Sputnik. Grocery shops 5min distance. I would also like to inform you that as a tourist you are obliged to pay tourist tax and my obligation as a host is to report/register your stay to a competent authority. The tourist tax in Ljubljana is 2,5 EUR per person per night. Children under 7 years are exempt of tax, children aged 7-18 years of age need to pay 1,25 EUR per night. Since the tax is not included in the rental price I would kindly ask you to pay the tax when leaving the apartment, by leaving the exact amount on the table in the apartment.
