Evergreen apartments are luxury, serviced apartments, furnished to a high standard. The complete comfort and security of our guests is our top priority and we go to great lengths to ensure your stay with us is a memorable one. The apartments are situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in Adenta. You can easily travel to the beautiful Aburi Botanical gardens and mountains from our apartments! We are a short car journey from Accra city centre and its wonderful tourist attractions. All apartments have balconies, fully fitted Kitchens and property has a lovely garden. The building has 5 apartments in total. 3 times 2 Bedroom self contained and 2 times 3 Bedroom self contained. Guests who book 2 Bedroom can access the whole apartment including the 2 Bath/shower rooms. If they book 3 Bedroom; they can access whole apartment including 3 Bath/shower rooms. Quiet residential area. Hospital, Pharmacy, bank, Market and 3 superstores all within 10-15 minutes Property is off a main road. It's easily located by Uber/Taxify if you like using Uber/Taxify. You can hail a taxi or get on the local minibus from the main road which is walkable from the property. A cleaner cleans the apartments Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Guests can chose which day and time, cleaner should come. Cleaning is once a week. Guest usually to be present on cleaning day chosen. There will be Initial credit on the apartment electric meter. There are routers in the apartment to enable internet wifi with a complementary data of 2GB. Digital Smart TV has most Channels. Guests can also use the GO TV package at a charge. Genset can be switched on longer at Guest's request once they buy extra Diesel
