We chose our family ancient furniture to give each apartment a warm atmosphere. Murals and trompe-l’oeil made by Mary and Alessia, make each of them distinctive. All the apartments have a private space in the garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. All the apartments have fully equipped kitchens as well as bathrooms. With their passion for gastronomy and wine, Marta and Mauro receive their guests offering a taste of local specialities. On demand they can organize wine and oil tastings as well as cookery courses. Each apartment features from 1 to 3 bedrooms, a living-room with kitchen or kitchen corner and sofabed (only apartment Pagliericcio doesn’t hav a sofa bed) batroom with shower or bathtub (only Pagliericcio) and a space to eat outside equipped with garden furniture including barbecue. The apartment has a wonderfull view af the sorruonding country and hills and has a direct access to the large and sunny garden, with shaded areas where to relax watching the surrounding panoramic landscape. The aparment has its own reserved table to eat ouside with barbecue under the shade of a mulberry tree. The apartment is within the farm where we live and just 300 mt from our house and 450 mt from the winery where we produce our wines, Converted from a XIX cent. rural house into a cosy guesthouse, Agriturismo Santa Vittoria offers accommodation in 5 different apartments tastefully furnished with ancient family furniture by Marta, her mother Mary and her aunt Alessia. Surrounded by our vineyards, olive trees, wheat and sunflower fields, in the rolling hills of the unspoiled Val di Chiana (the Chiana Valley). All the farmhouse is a protected area for the wild fauna tipical in Valdichiana such as different type of birds and other animals. Hunting is not allowed. The estate is only 20 mn walking distance from the local village with food shops, coffe places, pizzeria, post office, bank and chemistry. Also the little train station of Lucignano, with good connections to Arezzo, is at about 20 mn walking distance from our place. Nearby hilltop villages, Lucignano, Foiano and Monte San Savino, are rich in medieval and renaissance treasures. Our place is not more than a few kilometers from the most well known Tuscan places such as: Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Trasimeno lake and Firenze and for the wine lovers the villages of Montepulciano (20 km) and Montalcino (45 km). For all our guest we offer our winery tour and wine tasting. You will find in your appartments a sample of our wines as welcome.
