Loft Room in Victorian Terrace

Light and bright top floor bedroom with double bed, exposed brick walls painted white and original floorboards. The room is a converted loft space and accessed via stairs from the landing. There is no separate door but the room is still very private, on it's own level, quiet and comfortable. Guests will have their own private bathroom, and access to the rest of the house including two large living spaces with TV, a very modern and well equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, and back garden with BBQ I will typically be around in the evenings during the week and only briefly during the morning before I go to work. I am very happy for guests to share and enjoy the living spaces with me during your stay The neighbourhood is very quiet, close (about a 5 minute walk) to Erskineville village with transport connections, or Redfern train station (15 minute walk) which is only 2 stops to the city or well connected to other train lines. There are local Cafes within a few minutes walk from the house.
