Secure building with concierge. This is our family home - we make it available to guests when we go away. This bright, spacious apartment offers a rare combination of centrality, tranquility and great views across London. The location is in a vibrant area and very close to central London. It's a 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green (or Mile End) tube, which gets you to the West End in 10 minutes. Or you could do what I do - cycle :) You can hire bikes outside the flat and it takes about 20 minutes to cycle into the centre, while Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Dalston are very close. The best thing about this flat is being in such a peaceful spot right next to the canal and Victoria Park, while being in the middle of an exciting area with great restaurants, bars and culture. In the daytime you can see the Regent's Canal and lots of green space, while the nighttime view of Canary Wharf is truly special. The building is modern and secure with its own concierge. You have access to two double bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa perfect for sleeping, a modern kitchen, the magnificent balcony, plus wireless internet, TV, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron. Right in the heart of the East End, the area offers a real east London experience with lots to see and explore. It's in a residential neighbourhood a short walk from Shoreditch/Brick Lane and Hackney, you'll get to experience a more authentic local East London with restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries to be explored. Next to the apartment is a large park, while the magnificent Victoria Park is a 5-minute walk and the Regent's Canal is right outside the window. You can also easily walk to Broadway Market, Columbia Road and Roman Road market. Bank, cash machines, post office and grocery shops are all on your doorstep. It's in a very convenient location where you have easy access to central London and east London, including Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Dalston. 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green and Mile End Station on the Central Line. There are Santander bikes near the apartment if you wish to hire a bicycle. Buses run from Roman Rd and Cambridge Heath Rd 24 hours to central London. If you like walking, the canal takes you all the way to the Angel Islington about three miles away. I really recommend this walk.
