Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We provide a quiet newly built studio securely positioned to maximise privacy from the family home. The studio has a modern kitchenette with fridge, toaster and an electric jug, a comfortable queen bed for a good nights sleep and a modern well equipped ensuite. On arrival you will find an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper, body wash, hand wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The Studio is made up with quality bed linen and towels. Also supplied is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There are modern technologies to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable with unlimited Wifi and TV with Freeview. Our guests are free to enjoy the courtyard with BBQ.
