The ‘Eagles Nest’ Private Boat access only!

Only 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD and yet the view from the house can’t see any other houses or any artificial light. Our Boat access only property is the perfect getaway. We will pick you up at the public wharf on Kirkpatrick Way and take you to the house in 'Bruce' the tinny you can hire for the duration of your stay. We will spend enough time with you and explain the 'how to list' and ensure you feel comfortable before we leave you to unpack and enjoy. We have a cinema, pool table, BBQ, coffee machine and Xbox available for you to use. For an extra $100 a day you can also hire the small boat 'Bruce' pictured. The outdoor deck downstairs is like an Ibiza dream space. Floating in soft white curtains and set up with bar and pool table days and nights with fresh air and amazing views. Bushwalking, boating, canoeing, or just lying around reading a book you will find Eagles Nest really is the perfect getaway. It’s like OZARK!!! (Without the money laundering, murder and mayhem). We promise. You will have use of the entire house. Indoor and outdoor areas all freshly styled for your enjoyment. We will be close by should you need anything during your stay. Celebrating a special event, why not spoil yourselves at the Michelin Star ‘Berowra Waters Inn Restaurant on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) let them know where you are staying and they will even come collect you from the house in their own ferry. They are fantastic hosts.... or for something a little more casual you can get great fish n chips from the marina cafe. Call them to place your ord (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) they are only a 7 min boat ride in 'Bruce' Berowra Waters is a very special place. The close water front community is an amazing and eclectic group of folk. With many artists and celebrities choosing the boat access lifestyle Berowra Waters truly is a private and unique place to live. Even the Prime Minister stayed here with his family recently. You can park your car on Kirkpatrick Way, Berowra Waters and if you choose to hire our boat 'Bruce' you will also have access to the fully gated residents pontoon on the east side of the Berowra Waters harbour adjacent to the car park.
