This beautiful and modern breathtaking villa is located on a 2000 sq mtr plot surrounded by coconut trees. The outside of the villa has a view of backwaters of the sea. The villa even has a private swimming pool with a beautifully designed deck. A well maintained lush green garden and a beautiful driveway. The Villa has a private pool and garden area. The entrance of the villa has beautiful antique pillars and a open verandah all around. There is an independent entry to the private room through a beautifully decorated lobby with the antique Goan furniture which just cant be missed. The private room is equipped with a 24/7 power backup, LCD with cable connection, AC, tea/coffee maker and with an attached modern bathroom and with wardrobes. The 2nd room (Suite), mini bar and lounge area are on the first floor. The private room also comes with additional facilities such as 24 hours caretaker and a personalised maid service. -Guest has access to the entire villa ( except for 2 private bedrooms and office/living room which are kept locked ). Sometimes it is possible we may be staying. Space within the villa premises which is accessible is - Swimming pool and deck area, sit out verandah,kitchen - front , back and side garden. - All the casual sitting areas - Kitchen - Dining room - Parking space - Library - I am accessible on my mobile phone, please feel free to get in touch. - Also my personalised 24/7 housekeeper will be there to make your stay comfortable. - Breakfast is on the house . There are some good restaurants nearby. Lunch/ dinner can be outsourced from restaurants nearby too. The famous white sand Uttorda beach is just 800 metres from my place. The famous restaurants such as Zeebop, Martins Corner, FishKa, Newton's are within a proximity of a kilometre radius. If watersport is an passion the famous Uttorda & Colva beach offers all the watersports such as Parasailing, water scooter etc.. Alcohol is always available at cheaper rates and available at most of the places. The ideal shopping destination is at Madgaon just 8kms from my place. The Dabolim airport is just a 20 minutes drive from my place and the closest bus stand and railway station will be in Madgaon - We can provide contacts for self driven cars and bikes can be made available, Local taxi's can be arranged as well. We would require as per government rules of India, to see and take a copy of Government ID on your arrival Besides the beach, the villa has close proximity to the leading 5 star hotels such as Park Hyatt and Planet Hollywood.
