Easy access in metro and buses, 20 minutes metro to Center Paris (Louvre, Notre Dame, Marais, Beaubourg, Hôtel de Ville, ...). Walking distance from Parc des Buttes Chaumont et Père Lachaise Cemetary. On the first floor: one living room with american kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom - 25 m² living and dining room with open kitchen. Parquet Floor, Pierre de Paris walls. You will have access to my whole appartment, which I love, and which I hope you will love too ... and consequentely respect as if it were your own :-) I will be very happy to share with you my favourite places in Paris wheather it may be to walk around, to visit, to eat, to have a drink, to make a little bit of shopping, etc ... 5 minutes from the flat The "Quartier Jourdain", in the 20th arrondissement, is one of the new "hipster" place in Paris. It remains a popular and typical Parisian area, but gets richer everyday in new bars, restaurants, concert hall, galleries, and quality food shops. 5 minutes walk too, Belleville and Menilmontant are vibrant neighbouroods, colourful, multicultural, offering one of the best choices of worldfood in Paris, especially Asian, and an incredible variety of bars Access by train + metro or bus from Roissy Charles de Gaulle (about 45 minutes) and Orly (about one hour 15), by metro or bus in less than 30 minutes from all railway stations In less than one minute walk, you can buy your bread and viennoiseries at the closest Boulangerie (by luck, a very good one, taste their "Baguette Tradition", the best one from my point of view...), and fresh fruits at the primeur, both located on the small square at the end of the street. If you prefer, you can continue 2 minutes to Rue des Pyrénées and have a coffee in one of the numerous bars that you can find there. By 20 minutes tube or walk, you can be Place de la République, have a walk in Le Marais, stop at Place des Vosges or at Beaubourg for an exhibition, walk on Rue de Rivoli until Le Louvre, or cross in front of Hotel de Ville to go until Notre Dame. It wil take you around 30 minutes metro to go either to Eiffel Tower, Opera, Pantheon, Montparnasse, Sacré Coeur, and almost any of the most famous places in Paris...
