This charming house of 152m2 (with parking) with its garden and terrace is located in a quiet area between the Sacré Coeur district and the Arsenal Redon, a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center. The accommodation: Entirely renovated by an architect, this house is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It has a beautiful main room/living room and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your short, medium or longer stays, 1 toilet, and access to the garage and laundry (consisting of a washing machine and dryer). All of the very comfortable and up-to-date furniture will make you very quickly feel “at home” TV with Netflix subscription and good internet connection. Outside, a garden with a terrace and its furniture are ideal to enjoy family moments. On the first floor, a second living room with television to serve two bedrooms: parental suites, each with a queen-size bed, a dressing room with wardrobe and a shower room with double sinks. A separate toilet completes this first floor. On the second floor: 3 new bedrooms, one is double with a queen size bed 160*200, complete dressing room and a desk, the two others: twins, composed of two beds of 90 each one also has its own complete dressing room. The large bathroom is shared and has a bathtub and shower as well as a double vanity unit. A separate toilet also completes this level. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
