Room price includes coffee and tea and breakfast. The Bedroom has a double bed, with an electric blanket, for those cold Canberra nights. I have also put in the room a small in room heater to take the chill away. Your stay in my home includes coffee and tea, with your choice of oat milk, rice milk, coconut milk and even real milk. A variety of breakfast cereals available including porridge. Toast or bagels. There is a gas space heater in the main living area. Guests can use the whole house, except my room. Soon I will have an sun filled alfresco area. Update: I have adopted a rescue dog, her name is Jam. She is very very friendly. She is my companion since my husband died. Guests can use all but my room I will socialise with guests as much as they require Quiet tree lined street, close to a park, public transport and major shopping centre, clubs, Tidbinbilla nature reserve is only 20 km away. Friendly kangaroos, emus and lots of birds. I can print directions to all areas, bus timetables printed on request. I can also drive you around if I am available for a small fee.
