Sebicus Cottage = 1750's 3 bedroomed, loving restored stone cottage, sited in Pury End, a peaceful rural hamlet just 5 miles to Silverstone F1 circuit, 2 miles to Towcester with Silverstone & Whittlebury Golf Clubs close by. Parking = 2 cars, enclosed rear garden. Milton Keynes, Northampton & M1 / M40 junctions all nearby. Local facilities of a village pub, garage & supermarket within 1.5 miles. With 3-night minimum weekend stay (based on the price of 2 nights), have a great & book with us. The cottage is accessed from the rear car spaces & garden with an open plan, spacious kitchen/dining area, lounge, small utility room (with combination washing machine & tumble dryer), ironing board, iron and downstairs wc with 3 bedrooms & bathroom upstairs. Throughout the furniture is cottage style with comfort & relaxing being the main aims. With private parking for two cars (or possibly 3 small cars) you will have the whole cottage & it’s enclosed rear garden to enjoy. At the front you have a small enclosed front garden overlooking the fields. If you need additional parking or have any questions please ask us before booking. We aim to send personal details to our guests, giving you suggestions to eat, where to get taxi’s & routes to & from different locations. Living close by, we can generally drop in if you need us. We are in a small, tranquil hamlet with rural fields to the front & rear of the cottage & yet a lovely short walk to the excellent Barley Mow pub (very good real ales & home-cooked meals) Pury End is on a bus route between Northampton & Milton Keynes with a petrol station & supermarket 1.5 miles away. We are happy to supply a basket of logs, with kindling & firefighters for the wood burner at £15 - please ask when reserving your stay. If you need anything else, please ask.
