See you soon😃🤩 The Paradise is a beautiful top floor studio located in a small residence with swimming pool in the heart of the lovely town of Costa Teguise. Perfectly located, it's very close to the beach of Las Cucharas and the entrance of the Pueblo Marinero with its typical Spanish restaurants. It has a smart TV with satellite channels, free internet Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a shower and the hairdryer. The furnished terrace has a nice view of the swimming pool area. Bed linen and towels are provided and they are included in the price. The studio is ideal for a holiday where you can combine water sports, walking and cycling, sunbaths and sea. Shopping area and nightclubs are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and taxis are also reachable on foot in a few minutes. Everything is at your fingertips. The complex is very well maintained and it has 2 swimming pools: one for children and one for adults, a restaurant / bar and a direct access to the beach of Las Cucharas (famous for windsurfing). The car is not necessary.
