PAINTER HOUSE

The apartment, finely furnished and adorned with typical paintings of the famous painter, is located on the third floor of a building with lift. Painter House has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge; two double bedrooms overlooking the Lattari Mountanins and the ancient church of Sant’Agnello dating back to the 15th century; a relaxing sitting area with a sofa bed, a flat screen Smart TV and PlayStation 3; two bathrooms with shower; a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples equipped with table and chairs. The attic also has free and unlimited WI-FI connection, hairdryer, washing machine and iron. Check In available from 2pm to 8pm Check Out must be done by 11am All Guests must provide a valid Identity Document for the registration with State Police. Tourist Tax € 2,00 day/person for a maximum of 7 days must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt. Private car parking, located just opposite the apartment, is available on request for a fee of € 10 per day.
