Scarborough Coast Beach Pad

Nestled between Scarborough Beach's infamous esplanade and Trigg Beach, is Scarborough Coast Beach Pad. A perfect place to stay for easy coastal living. It’s a 2 bdrm unit on the top floor (third floor,stair access only,no elevator) with ocean views. You have access to a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bdrm with two singles(this can be rented as a 1 bdrm for a lower price),a pull out sleeper sofa,along with access to the common areas and the use of all of its' amenities. The two bedroom apartment is designed to feel like a cozy beach shack. Enjoy the modern amenities inside or take in ocean views outside on the balcony. Please note, if there are only two guests or less, the second bedroom will be locked. If there are two single travellers, we can unlock the second bedroom with twin beds but the master will be locked. Kitchen: Fully equipped. Fan forced oven and electric stove. Microwave and fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Air fryer, coffee plunger, a wide assortment of teas, staple condiments, spices, condiments, etc. Living Room: Smart TV with access to Netflix. Bose System. Comfy couch which pulls out as an extra bed or simply use as a day bed. An assortment of board games and books. Four-seat dining table. Balcony: Four-seat table, perfect for sunset drinks or dinner on the balcony. Bbq. Foam surfboard, body board, bikes all available for use. Please note, there will be a fee if any are lost or damaged. You will have the entire unit to yourself (if there are two guests or less the second bedroom will be locked). My husband and I live about 5 mins away and are always available for anything. We also have a caretaker who lives in the building should anything require immediate attention. Cross the street and walk along the promenade that connects you to two beautiful beaches. A 7 min walk to your left, you will find the Scarborough Beach Esplanade which boasts an outdoor amphitheatre, bars, restaurants, shops, skate park and multiple beach access points. A 9 min walk to your right connects you to South Trigg Beach. If you keep following the foot path you will arrive at Trigg beach's main beach front where you can grab a coffee or some food at Island Market or Canteen. **HINT: If you are runner, biker (borrow one of our bikes!!) or just like long coastal walks, keep following the promenade north and it will take you as far north as you'd like, all the while enjoying uninterrupted views of the ocean!!! Since Scarborough Beach is a tourist destination, you will find a variety of ways of getting around. Ubers and Olas are easily available. There is a bus stop located on Pearl Parade about 100 meters down the road from the apartment block. Please refer to the house manual.
