Serenity & Breath-taking Lake Views!! Cozy Cabin on Little Portage Lake!

Enjoy quiet, breath-taking views over little portage lake through 80-ft pine trees! Serenity at its best! The cabin sits atop a slope down to the lake with a perfectly placed, picturesque firepit overlooking the lake. The stairs to the lake are lit with woodsy light posts that guide you down to the sandy shoreline, composite dock, and dry boathouse. Disclaimer—the stairs are much steeper than moderate, but not a cliff, and there is no railing. Anyone with trouble going up/down stairs, please be advised. On the lake you'll find great fishing from the rowboat or 2 kayaks (great largemouth bass & crappie, plus panfish and northerns). You can also explore the lake and its offshoots with the 2 kayaks or two paddleboards, which are all included with your stay and can be found in the dry boathouse. Get ready for incredible sunsets and lots of pictures! On the inside, the cabin has an open 960-sq. ft. floor-plan, including a wood-burning fireplace, knotty pine walls, full kitchen (gas grill outside too), dining area, and laundry in the basement. The TV above the fireplace is not hooked up to cable, but you can plug in a device you have with you, (iPad, appleTV, Chromecast, DVD player, etc.). There is fiber optic wifi in the cabin if you need to plug in or stream shows/music on a mobile device. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other has a full bed with a private half-bath. There is a queen-sized air bed and a large couch for extra sleeping space. The main bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Neighbors are close, but there are lots of trees on the 0.7 acre lot . Experience true peace and quiet, stars that you didn't know existed, and all that up north has to offer! This is truly a perfect northwoods getaway!
