A 10 minutes walk to two restaurants at the Port de Gagnac and just a five minutes drive to shops, cafés, bars/restaurants and parks. You will be the only ones staying at the property. You have access to the whole property with private parking and a private swimming pool. Guests will be welcomed on arrival by Melody and will be able to contact her for any questions or concerns. Located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, a stunning area for visiting majestic castles, sub-terreanean caves (Padirac), villages set in cliff-tops (Rocamadour), waterfalls (Autoire), vineyards, rivers and lakes. The perfect place for canoeing, hiking, bathing, horse riding, swimmining, dining and relaxing. The home itself is set in the idyllic little village of Gagnac-sur-Cère which has its own post office and children's play park. The towns of Biars-sur-Cère and Bretenoux are just 5 minutes away where you will find a large supermarket, petrol station, cafés, bars, restaurants, tourist office, local shops and just 15 minutes away is a water park full of slides, inflatables and large pool. Brive-Souillac Airport is a 50 minute drive away.
