Riverside Private Suite

A very private, well appointed guest room, ensuite, kitchenette/laundry and lounge area with french doors opening to the swimming pool and river views beyond. The lounge features a large screen TV with Netflix, a pool table. There are 2 single beds in the lounge area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, single element, electric wok, toaster, electric jug, tea and coffee. Accommodation for 10 guests is available booking all my rooms. Check out my other listings under RIVERSIDE CHARACTER Your guest area is completely separate from the main house. It is a lovely private downstairs area overlooking the pool. The space includes a kitchenette/ laundry, a separate bedroom with ensuite and a large lounge area which has 2 single beds for booked extra guests. It also has a pool table and on request a table tennis table. Access is down a path and four steps to your own entrance. Our home is warm and inviting in the colder months and cool, light and airy in the warmer months. The accommodation is located in the central city. The outlook is an expansive view of the Waikato river and trees, so there is a real sense of getting away from it all with easy access to everything on your door step. There are 4 other guest rooms available. We can accommodate up to 10 people travelling or working together. Guests have their own lounge area where they can watch a large screen TV with Netflix or DVD movies or just relax in front of the pool. Our pool and outdoor area is available for your use in the warmer months and the river is in view. As we live on site, we are available to interact with guests. Guests are welcome to join us in our living areas. We will be around at breakfast to chat and help with anything if required. We are very close to all the event centres. We have lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in close proximity as are the shops. Walking distance to the City centre is 15mins. The river walkway is beautiful and allows for long walks or bike rides. We are centrally located to allow day trips to beaches, bush walks and other outdoor pursuits. We have onsite parking. There is a shuttle service available to and from the airport. A free bus service is a 5min walk away which circulates every 10mins around the city centre. This also connects with the travel centre for access to intercity and city buses. We are happy to drive you into the city. A bus to the Fieldays is a 5 min walk away. We will do everything we can to help make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
