Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace. House looking down on the village of Castelvecchio 100 mtrs from the Roman church and Pub "La Pieve" Beautiful and fully modernised. Private. The house sits on top of a hill with amazing views and all the gardens, terrace, hot tub and fruit trees etc are private. Space is managed locally by my friend Amanda who lives in the village and has a local "Alementaria" so you can pick up basics from her. The village of Castelvecchio is a few footsteps away and is one of the 10 castle villages in the valley. It is served by 3 amazing restaurants within a short distance and as a hub can get you to the beach, chianti, Firenze, Lucca and Pisa within an hour Car is essential although you are just a short walk to La Pieve restaurant. Car parking on site Lose weight before you come as you certainly won’t whilst here!
