Beautifully located a few minute's walk from a gorgeous beach and 5 minutes walk from the Manly ferry. There are cafes, restaurants, bars and markets and stunning coastal walks nearby. The spacious, boutique apartment is quiet and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and decked out as one would expect from a family space. There is a 60 inch Sony TV and Bose sound system to keep all the streaming services looking their best. The Apartment is inviting and homely although stylish and original. It is in a classic 1930 Art Deco building. You will love being able to walk to so many beautiful beaches and all that Manly has to offer. The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of 5 and has direct access to the garden which is shared (but barely used). You can eat out there on warm days and nights. In the cooler months, there is a fantastic gas heater that warms the place up in minutes and a gas flame fire as well as cosy rugs and blankets to ensure you are warm and snug. Premium NBN (internet) has been installed. A LAN has also been hardwired into the office & sunroom. Typical speeds are 93mps. WiFi is just as fast. This is a two bed apartment with both a study (4m x 2.2m) and an office! If you have a young baby the study is the perfect place for a pop up cot or a blow up single mattress. All spaces are private and the apartment is fully self contained. Manly is a top little spot to spend time in. Firstly, it's super connected. The fast ferry straight to Circular Quay in Sydney's CBD is 18 minutes and you can get ferries from Manly to anywhere in the harbour. Then it has a HUGE selection of the BEST beaches from surf beaches to quiet crystal clear family swimming beaches. Here you will be spoilt for choice and all are walkable from your new home! In addition: Manly has a great selection of groovy shops, cafes and nightlife. So many gorgeous cafes and good food right on the beach fronts and you can also take beautiful bush walks along the harbour edge. Parking is tricky as we are so central and it is on the street. All of central Manly is like this with parking, however there is a Guest Parking Permit for you to use. This gives you unlimited parking in tons of streets around the apartment. Council charge a small fortune for these passes, so please don't take it with you when you check out. As this is a small block, no parties are allowed and please be considerate when playing music.
