granny flat close to trains and airport

Granny flat is away from main house. Has lights,air conditioning,microwave, plug in frying pan, air fryer/toaster and kettle TV also washing machine You have the granny flat to yourself and are welcome to use the pool and outside space. Please be aware we use the pool too but not when you are in there we can’t always gantry full privacy as we need to walk pass now and then to get in and out of our house We are walking distance to trains,buses and shop(IGA) close travel to Perth, midland, shops, pubs and take out food We are in walking distance to the river Parking is on the street. 5 min walk the train ( midland &Perth line)and bus station also close The granny flat is in our back yard we do try to give you privacy but please be aware this is a family home so family comes and goes and we do need to walk past granny flat to get to cars.
