2 bedroom fully self contained apartment in very central location close to all tourist attractions, many restaurants, cafes and markets but far enough away from touts and 'tourist chaos'. Enjoy being in your own space with friendly support close by 2 bedroom apartment in central Phnom Penh (BKK1) close to markets, Mekong river and all tourist attractions. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants also in the area. You will stay beneath your landlord who can help you with anything you may need. We have a small boutique tour business 'Cambodia Uncovered' so can organise any trips for you whilst you are in Phnom Penh or beyond. If you prefer to be independent we can help with advice, maps and assistance with tuk tuks etc. You can experience Phnom Penh away from hotels and touts. Feel safe and comfortable and experience Phnom Penh most other tourists miss out on. Kitchen is fully self contained and if you are not interested in cooking, you can visit local cafes, restaurants (wide variety of food) or order food in. Breakfast and wifi is included in the price. You will have access to mini bar and laundry (additional costs). Costs displayed on this site are not very clear (this website does not allow for accuracy). Please use the following and calculate the price yourself otherwise you might end up with a price that is totally incorrect Costs are: $75 per couple/night $55 per single/night 2 singles =$110/night 2 couples $150/night 1 couple/1 single = $130/night 1 couple + 2 singles (adults) $150/night 1 couple + 2 singles (kids) $140 Hence if you are a couple and stay for 3 nights it will be $225. If you are one couple and 1 single for 2 nights it will be $240 etc. Each bedroom has a double bed however we can provide a mattress on the floor if a third person wants to stay. There is an air conditioner in both bedrooms and fans in all rooms and on the veranda We will see you daily when bringing you breakfast and are often available at other times for advice or a chat if you would like our help We live in an inner city, tree lined suburb which until recently has been one of the quietest, homey suburbs in Phnom Penh. However that is rapidly changing as Phnom Penh develops and more hotels and apartments are being built, restaurants and cafes opening. Our apartment is part of a main house so it is quite different to hotels and other apartments around which gives guests a unique opportunity to experience life away from hustle and bustle of tourist areas. There are tuk tuks and 'moto taxis' easily found and often in front of our house (or at the corner). Walking to most of the usual tourist attractions is also possible e.g. Palace, Museum, River front, Tuol Sleng (S21), Russian Market, local market, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping streets etc. Walking can be hot in months of March - June however short distances are usually no problem.
