Beautiful holiday home located in a peaceful Cul-de-sac in beautiful Nubeena. Nubeena is located on the Tasman Peninsula. 1 hour and 29 minutes from the Hobart Airport. Nubeena is halfway along the West coast of the Tasman Peninsula, on Parsons Bay, which is a narrow continuation of Wedge Bay. Nubeena is a sleepy, scenic village near the Port Arthur Historic Site. It is 10 kilometres north-west of Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula. The house itself sits on a fantastic size block of land, 1006 m2 and was built in 2010. It is a modern home with all the comforts of your own home. It has everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. You will be greeted by a full length veranda where you can sit and relax on the restored church pew and soak up the tranquil water and horizon views. Relax in your own company or with family and friends. The yard itself can accommodate up to 5 cars a boat, jet ski, motorbike or caravan. Upon entering the home you will step into the clever design of open plan living and dining. Throughout the house there is new carpets and it has been decorated in neutrals tones and coloured feature walls, adding warmth and a contemporary beach feel to the home. Past the living and dining and good sized laundry, you find three freshly painted bedrooms. Practically everything is new, mattress's, beds, sheets and pillows. The bathroom has also been recently painted and comes with a generous size bath to zone out and to relax in. The House is fully furnished with lovely, quality pieces. It is kept very clean and tidy ready for you to enjoy. All linen and towels are provided. There are games, books, dvd's, puzzles, pencils and craft paper for the children. As well as colouring books, books and magazines for the adults. .The house has a heat pump and air conditioner to keep you cosy. It has a BBQ, screen doors and a key lock entry which holds the key, making it easier for you to check in. Entire House, the out door shed is locked, and not for guest use. Although we don't live in Nubeena, I have a great network of friends who live in the area, who would be happy to help out in any way possible, given a bit of notice. Alternatively contact me and I can endeavour to help you as well. Turn off just pass the famous Tasmanian Devil UnZoo and take the tourist route through Koonya, Salt Water River and Premaydena. Premaydena is a small town of Tasmania, located on the Tasman Peninsula, facing onto Norfolk Bay. Premaydena was once the site of a convict settlement, as were most towns on the Peninsula. When driving through these places, relax and take your time and enjoy the scenery, you will be witnessing some of the most beautiful country side and the most pristine beaches in Tasmania. Nubeena is a tranquil, friendly and safe place to visit and has been voted as a friendly town. Where would you stay anywhere else. Berry's Court is also in a great location. It is close to beautiful beaches, fishing spots, bush walks and also close to the tourist attractions of the famous Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck, all this can keep you spoilt for choices.. Walks and water fun can be had on the shores of nearby White Beach, while surfers hit the challenging waves at Roaring Beach. You are also within walking distance to the heart of Nubeena and all it's conveniences. Just to name a few, eat at the local tavern or bakery, shop at the local IGA supermarket and have peace of mind knowing there is a pharmacy, medical centre, bank and post office close by. Coal was once mined in the north-west of the peninsula and the ruins of the soldier's barracks and convict quarters can be found at the World Heritage listed Coal Mines Historic Site nearby Saltwater River. Visit Fortescue Bay, a sheltered bay with beautiful white sandy beaches, set against heavily forested hills, situated 18 kilometres from Port Arthur. Access is via 12 kilometres of gravel road. The Bay is a great destination for bushwalks, boating, kayaking, diving, swimming and camping with two distinct camping areas.
