Lytham is a beautiful, dog friendly, seaside town with a variety of coastal walks, numerous restaurants and attractions. It is well known for its festivals and excellent golf courses. We are only a 2 minute walk to Lytham town center and Lytham Green. Lytham train station is only a 1 minute walk away and provides easy access to Blackpool, St Annes, Preston and beyond. A modern, duplex unit (split level, with its own internal staircase) within a large impressive victorian house, in the heart of Lytham. This lovely bright spacious space has solid oak floors and quality modern furnishings throughout. Comprising of:- Private entrance off the porch. Vestibule hall leading to bedroom and bathroom (ground floor) Bedroom: Large bedroom with double bed, ample storage space, blackout curtains, and 32 inch smart TV. Bathroom: Bath and over-bath shower (restricted height) Toiletries provided - Shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath) Internal staircase leading to spacious lounge/ dining area and separate kitchen. Lounge: Table and seating for 4 people, 47 inch smart TV, large comfortable leather sofa. A 4-foot guest bed can be made up in the lounge (maybe a squeeze for 2 adults) Kitchen: Well equipped solid oak kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, George Forman grill, pod coffee machine (a few pods to get you started). Please note there is no oven or hob. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Suitable .for business, couples and families. People with young children please be aware there are is an internal staircase (no stair gates). Dogs: please inform me if you are bringing a dog. There is a £20 charge for dogs (this will be requested after booking) Parking: There is usually free parking on the road. However, there is a car park only a few meters away. £2.90 day, cheaper for longer periods. Access from Station Square. Lytham has every thing we love. Great restaurants, lovey walks and friendly people. A quiet, safe place to live. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. The accommodation is a 2 mins walk from the train station. Train journey take 6 mins to St Annes and approximately 20 mins to Blackpool and Preston. There is no cooker or hob but Lytham boosts over 30 places to eat and drink. This is dog friendly accommodation. It is throughly cleaned between guests but you may find an occasional hair.
