Ibiza north - nature, beauty, calm (unit 2)

My house is located in a protected natural park in the mountains overlooking the bay of Sant Vicent de Sa Cala. I rent two apartments in it, each including a bedroom, a dining room with basic cooking facilities, a private bathroom and WC, a private terrace overlooking the bay, access to the swimming pool, the garden and the parking. The house is an old traditional Finca that we reworked and expanded over the years. It's located in the north of Ibiza, in the hills of Sant Vicent de Sa Cala, overlooking the bay. The apartment is comfortable and rustic, built in the traditional style of Ibiza, with beams of local wood to support the roof. It is independent from the rest of the house and has its own private bathroom, WC, terrace and kitchen/dining area overlooking the bay of Sant Vicent and the hills. We have horses, cats, dogs and a fish pond. My guests get to experience absolute tranquillity at a short distance away from the bustling social life of the island. The house is not equipped to accommodate children. Guests have access to the garden and swimming pool at any time. For their safety they should not visit the stables unaccompanied. I live here and I like to chat with my guests but I respect their privacy The hills of Sant Vicent are in a protected "green zone", new constructions are prohibited so most of the area is covered in pine trees with a fair amount of wild life (ginetas, hedgehogs, small birds, rabbits, non venemous snakes, owls and falcons). The area is an invitation to ride horses, walk or jog. The air is clean and there is very little light pollution at night so you can enjoy the beautiful starry night sky. The closest village is at 3,5 km from the house and the closest beach at around 5 km. Unless you've come to walk, it's preferable to rent a car or a scooter that allows you to reach the nearest village, Sant Joan de Labritja (3,5 km) in 15 mn. There you can take public buses or roads that go to all parts of the island. The road to Sant Joan is part asphalted (1km) and part dirt road (2,5km). The dirt road was renovated this winter so it's in good condition. It is not necessary to rent a 4x4 car, a small car is sufficient - I have a Renault Twingo myself. I meet my guests in Sant Joan at their arrival, then they follow me to the house. It's best this way because it's fairly easy to get lost on the dirt road if it's your first time. We do not offer WiFi connection but the area has very good 3G and 4G coverage for your smart phones.
