Cozy and spacious apartment in the City Center

Beautiful downtown apartment completely renovated in historical building in the heart of Faenza. On two levels, with open space living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom on the first level. Bedroom, hallway and a second bathroom on the mezzanine. The bedroom is very spacious, with exposed beams, wooden floors, air conditioning and private bathroom. I travel a lot for business, so the apartment is available also for long periods like 1-2 months. Business travellers are also very welcome! The apartment is located right in the city center on one of the most quaint streets of Faenza in front of the Theatre Square, and around the corner from Piazza del Duomo. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, the MIC (International Museum of Ceramics), ISIA (Institute for Artistic Industries). Parking is NOT a problem, as a convenient free electric bus commutes to the nearby free car park at the stadium, and the adjacent Bucci park, perfect for relaxing in nature among lakes, turtles, rabbits and peacocks. Convenient for solo travellers, perfect for a couple who wants to spend a pleasant weekend in Faenza, or even for a group of 4 persons or a family with 1 or 2 children. By train you can reach Ravenna in 30 minutes, Brisighella and Parco Carnè in 15 minutes and Florence in two hours with a direct connection that crosses the Apennines in one of the most beautiful and scenic railways in Italy. I travel a lot and I'm rarely at home, so the whole apartment is available for the exclusive use of guests. The master bedroom on the mezzanine sleeps 2. Same for the sofa bed at the lower level. The apartment is very comfortable even for 4 guests, due to the presence of two bathrooms (one per level), which makes it perfect also for 2 couples. Me or my girlfriend will be at your disposal for check-in / check-out. Besides that, you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. The apartment is located in a historical building (2nd floor) in the city center, a few steps away from the main square. The area is full of clubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Just in front of the entrance of the building there is the municipal theatre with a rich program of shows and events in both summer and winter. The area surrounding the apartment is a pedestrian zone. Numerous and wide public car parks are all around. For those arriving by car you can park your car at the stadium, and reach the center in 5 minutes with a convenient electric bus, completely free of charge. The bus stop is located right in front of the entrance of the building. The kitchen is available to guests and is fully furnished: utensils, crockery, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Furthermore you have at your disposal a wide 40' LCD TV, Electric Iron and board, hair dryer, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. You will also have a closet at your exclusive disposal for your clothes.
