Famous Umbrian cities (Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Terni) and parts of Tuscany are only a 30 to 60 minute drive away. Villa is just 90 minutes from Rome Fiumincino airport. Villa has 6 King bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Lovely, yet comfortably, furnished so that several couples or families with children will all feel at home. Property has a regulation size Bocce court, and a ping pong table. Lavender bushes surround the pool, which has commanding views. House is well stocked with kitchen equipment, extra linens, pool towels, puzzles, books, and outdoor furniture. Linens are provided.
