We have taken special C0VID-19 safety measures: the safety of our guests is our top priority. We have implemented extra precautions to avoid any potential risk of coronavirus, so that you can enjoy the maximum hygiene and prevention methods in our apartment. We will provide face masks and disinfecting gel in the apartment for you. Before your arrival, our apartment will go through special disinfecting proceedures, including: 1) Disinfection of all surfaces with alcohol and other products, using certified protocols in accordance with the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) and endorsed by the Ministry of Health of the Spanish Government. 2) Mattresses and sofas are individually treated. 3) All our bed sheets and linen as well as towels are washed at 60ºC. 4) We pay special attention to surfaces that are used and touched more often. THE APARTMENT: Stylish and modern apartment in the main promenade of San Sebastián: the Boulevard in the Old Town. Refurbished in 2015, it's in the very heart of the city. Just 1 minute walk to La Concha beach and 5 min to Zurriola beach. It has 2 large beds so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Our apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures, a cozy space that includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room for you to use. Each bedroom has a large queen size bed. The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, the Old Town of San Sebastián, where all the restaurants are, and because of this during weekend nights it might get a little loud outside. Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. As you see, the apartment is in the very heart of the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy this beautiful part of the city and the beach, with all it has to offer, including pintxos! In case you come by car, there is a subterranean parking right in front of the apartment, literally 1 minute walk from our door. It's called "Boulevard Parking".
