In Calabria on the 'Costa dei Cedri', halfway between the characteristic villages of San Nicola Arcella and Scalea, in a private park overlooking the sea of a splendid bay, there is our house. Overlooking a breathtaking view and immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub in a stately environment, the house is comfortable, well furnished and benefits from the park's facilities including: private pedestrian descent to the sea, private parking, soccer field, security guard service and bus to reach the village. The house is on the ground floor of a 3-storey building, spread over two levels with an internal staircase, has a large furnished garden with parking for two cars, three bedrooms (9 places + 1 in the living room), three bathrooms, large living room and is equipped with television in the living room, crockery in the kitchen and ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms. The sea can be reached on foot following a private road of about 400 meters in the green that descends from the high coast to the beach. Of course in the surroundings there are many beaches, reachable by car, able to satisfy every taste or need. Finding a home in a park outside of residential areas, it is advisable to have your own transport. The context offers everything you could want in a seaside holiday: sea, sun, beaches, restaurants and sports, but also fishing, nightlife, nature and history. The park in which the apartment is located is equipped with cisterns that guarantee the supply of running water even when, in the frequent periods of summer drought of which the region suffers, elsewhere it is also interrupted for several hours a day. However, this means that the tap water, although it is drinkable and therefore easily usable for cooking and for any other use, does not taste good. So we advise our guests to drink mineral water or that of the fountain located in the park itself. Point out that the one that flows from the tap is still a controlled and sterilized water, and that guests upon arrival will find some bottles of mineral water for their immediate needs. The television is not connected to the digital terrestrial but to the satellite dish with SKY decoder. For which the guest in possession of a sky card will be able to see all the channels to which he is subscribed, while the others will be able to see only the channels in clear Rai and Mediaset. The cleaning costs provided for in the estimate concern the cleaning carried out before check-in. At check out, the guest can choose: 1) leave the house in order (a sweep and a wash of the floors, clean bathrooms and kitchen) at no extra charge. 2) entrust us with the outgoing cleaning by paying before leaving a supplement of € 60.00.
