Allora Apartment Applecross
Allora is opposite Ardross St Village shops with bus stops to Perth & Fremantle right outside the complex. A comfortable, well appointed apartment with everything needed for a short stay. It is a real "home away from home". Beautiful jacaranda trees line the streets of our neighbourhood and it is just a 2 minute walk around the corner to the local cafe strip in the well known Ardross St Village, and a 5 minute walk to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty, with lovely views across to the city. Renovated upstairs apartment in leafy Applecross, with 2 bedrooms a bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, with 2 king singles in the 2nd bedroom. Bed and bath linen (towels) provided. Both bedrooms and the main living area have reverse cycle air conditioning. The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you can cook up a storm or just be self sufficient. Walk across the road to the local cafe strip with gourmet butcher and grocer, or sit alfresco having a coffee and watch the world go by. Stroll around the corner to the river where you can walk, jog or cycle or sit on Applecross Jetty taking in the river life. This apartment is in a small, quiet block, with free parking for one vehicle and extra spaces across the road. This is the perfect spot for singles, couples or a small family of 4. Anything that is in the fridge and pantry is available to use. Nespresso coffee pods available to use with the Nespresso Pixie machine. Liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower, and a hairdryer is in the bathroom/laundry cupboard. Minimal interaction unless there are questions or concerns. We prefer to leave our guests to their privacy. All we ask is that you treat Allora Apartment as you would your own place and leave it as you found it ie neat, clean and tidy. It is a private home, not a hotel/motel unit and we ask that it is treated with the respect of someone's home. There are 2 Sulo rubbish bins below the building for general waste (green lid) and recycling (yellow lid), which need to be put out on the verge on Kintail Rd each SUNDAY NIGHT for collection EARLY MONDAY MORNING. Minimal interaction unless there are questions or concerns. We prefer to leave our guests to their privacy. The whole of Allora Apartment is available to guests with the EXCEPTION of spare bed and bath linen in the cupboard in the passage. This is for the owners' use only, as we keep extra bed/bath linen there, ready to set up for the next guests. All extension cords and picnic baskets are available for use. Always available on the end of a mobile phone, if needed, via text or call and only 5 minutes away if needed in person. Applecross is renowned for its peace and quiet, beautiful jacaranda trees, unique cafes and shopping village in Ardross St. Allora is a very short walk to the village and to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty, with its lovely walks and cycleways with stunning views across to the city. Parking for ONE medium vehicle is available on site at the rear of the complex, in a dedicated bay under a metal roof carport. Public transport via Transperth, is at the front door on both sides of Kintail Road, where you can choose to catch a bus to Fremantle or Perth. A 20-25 minute walk will take you to Canning Bridge Station and the excellent Perth-Mandurah train. Allora is upstairs, with no lift access, in a small complex of 8 units with the majority of residents being owners or long term tenants, who value their privacy and peace and quiet. We would ask that our complex and its residents are treated with the utmost respect, regarding excess noise, parking in the allocated bay and not smoking on the property.
