The cottage is located within walking distance of the Loch Ness Centre & Exhibition and the shores of Loch Ness. Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, is approximately 15 miles to the north and offers an extensive choice of shopping, leisure and recreational activities associated with city living. Inverness also offers travel links by road, rail, and air to national and international destinations. Close by are the ruins of Urquhart Castle, on the shores of Loch Ness just 5 minutes’ drive from the Mill, passing through the quaint village of Drumnadrochit. Activities include walking, fishing, riding, sailing, boat rides, and bird watching.
