Palace rooms (18th century) on Tuscan hills

Inserted inside the eighteenth-century residence of the same name, Palazzo Ninci was born from the desire to create opportunities for meeting, Here the time for relaxation is full of experiences to share. There are two private rooms, connected by a corridor, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed to spend a peaceful and quiet holiday. The bathroom is private and reserved for the guests of the rooms. Being a historic building, we tried to keep its original soul, intervening only to make the spaces "ours". The view is magnificent ... And the interiors have been furnished with contemporary and design works of art collected over the years. The main bedroom has a double bed and a lockable door, which is accessed by a corridor in which the second room is also located, which has three beds and a lockable door, ideal for a couple of friends or children. We have a very large bathroom, available to guests, private and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast room is accessible from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM or on request. I am very sociable and always available for a good chat or to answer questions. My phone is always on, even at night, to help you with your every need. I live on the left side of the house. Civitella in Val di China is a small and peaceful medieval town. Located in the center of the famous triangle of the Three Tuscan Art Cities Florence-Arezzo-Siena, on the hills that divide the Valdambra from the Val di Chiana. Awarded the title of CittàSlow, with its territory rich in Art and Nature it is in the perfect position to allow yourself time to rest and visit all of Tuscany and Northern Umbria with short trips by car.  It is about 40 minutes by car from Florence, 30 minutes from Siena and 20 minutes from Arezzo. The best way is by car. However, there is also a train that connects the town near Arezzo. I am available to pick you up by car from the station. I live in the same house.
