Private Villa with garden & parking on Etna

The Villa, surrounded by a private garden where to spend relaxing moments, is composed of 2 units: main house and dependance. House is fully furnished: tv, satellite, internet, heating, and laundry. From the terrace, you can enjoy the panorama. Close to the town center, our house is the perfect base for several excursions. Mount Etna, Taormina, Zafferana, Nicolsi, Catania, Acitrezza/Acicastello are easy to reach by car. Private parking. Stone oven. Pets are welcome. We don't live there Villa is composed of 2 independent units: the main house and a dependance. In the main house, there are 3/4 rooms available for guests, two on the ground floor, one with an ensuite bathroom the other with a private bathroom outside. Other rooms are on the first floor with a private bathroom outside the rooms. On the ground floor, there is a private terrace to enjoy meals, get relaxing moments, read a book, or listen to music. From the terrace, a stair will let you access the private garden. On the ground floor, there is a fully furnished kitchen and two living rooms with TV, DVD player, couches, tables to enjoy meals or just to relax after a full day spent visiting our gorgeous country. Aside from the kitchen, there is a laundry where is possible to wash clothes. On the garden floor, there is the guest house/dependance with its private entrance. Dependance has its own kitchen, bathroom, one double bed, and air conditioning. It is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the privacy From the terrace is possible to enjoy the panorama. During clean days it's possible to see Taormina and the Calabria's coast. Downing a stair, you will enjoy the flowered garden. It's a perfect place to have a relaxing moment or to let your children (or pets) play. Hosts don't live there, so you can enjoy all available spaces and the garden as a private place where spend your time. Guests can access all rooms and spaces of the house, like their own house. We don't live there, so the house is an entirely private place to stay. As well as garden and dependance spaces are available for guests. Sicilian are usually very kind and helpful people. We will enjoy sharing with our guests our knowledge of the surroundings and of our amazing country, to help them to have the best experience possible. Our Villa is 1km far from the center of Trecastagni, very easy to reach by walk, by bike or by car. The Villa is located in a residential street, surrounded only by gardens or by other villas, so it's very quite. During sunny days, it's usual to wake up with birds chirping. Main places to visit on East cost of Sicily are very close from Trecastagni. Less than 15Km to Catania, 45Km to Taormina, 14Km to Acitrezza/Acicastello, 7Km to Nicolosi and 7Km to get the Catania-Messina highway. Very close to our Villa there are several wineries, some of them well know at international level. Trecastagni center has several restaurant or pizzerie where is possible to enjoy traditional cuisine dishes or where just to drink a glass of wine. The village has everything you will looking for during your stay: supermarket, tobaccos, pharmacies, bars, public gardens and it's worth to spend time to visit the church of Sant'Alfio and the village center. Our Villa is very easy to reach by car from airport or from highway. There is a private parking for 2/3 cars.
