To the front of the property a large courtyard is home to a (11x5) heated shared swimming pool surrounded by beautiful barns and the 87 acres of private grounds & woodland. This particular part of the building, being the oldest dates back to the 1100's and is where the original stone bread oven was used, accessible via the open fireplace. This fortified house has many original features still in situ with modern touches & facilities throughout. The 2 bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms are spacious & light & look over the inner courtyard. The Private rear terrace for dinning outside is a must for long summer evenings. Moissannes 1km ( bar/restaurant & shop ) Medieval town St. Leonard – de-Noblat ( all amenities, Markets, shops ) Limoges airport 40 km. Young children MUST be supervised as steep steps & drops leading down from tiered rear terrace/ garden towards lake !
