Fernside Barn sits within the impressive grounds of Fernside, a substantial property complete with extensive landscaped gardens and private lake. Set in beautiful Cheshire Country side within easy reach of Knutsford and Manchester City Centre. The barn is a studio apartment, newly furnished by a professional interior designer and features a full wall of bi-fold doors onto a courtyard. Please note other on-site accommodation is available to book for larger groups in addition to Fernside Barns. Fernside Barn is a studio apartment sleeping up to four people in two king beds or four single beds. There is a kitchenette with breakfast bar which includes built in microwave oven, sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a communal toilet off the hallway as well as private bathroom with shower dedicated to this apartment. The studio includes a sitting area with 50inch 4K SMART TV. If you have any special requirements please do not hesitate to ask. We can source recommended private chefs, caterers, provide celebration cakes or decorations. I will be available by phone and email as well as a maintenance/ security person who will either be on site or a short drive from the house and can be available in my absence. Pickmere village is situated in the Cheshire plain and boasts a variety of landscapes. The area around Pickmere is renowned for its salt production. The village is located between the market towns of Knutsford and Northwich and is lucky to be sited on the edge of its own lake, which is circumnavigated by a permissive path. Knutsford is an affluent town Near Cheshire's Golden Triangle, and on the Cheshire Plain between the Peak District to the east and the Welsh mountains to the west, Knutsford and its surrounding villages are affluent and sought-after residential areas, with properties rated as some of the most expensive outside of London. Knutsford is a dormitory town for people working in Manchester and Liverpool. It boasts a variety of excellent bars, restaurants and boutiques. There is a private lake on the property which may not be suitable for children. It is unfenced and not barriered so children / non swimmers must be supervised at all times outside
