Lovely bright house, 20-25 minute walk from Ennis town centre. Shannon Airport just a 15 minute drive away. We have a large double en suite room with a fitted wardrobe, table & chairs. There are just two of us in the house, myself and my son. I will be around most of the time. I live in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house overlooks a lovely green area. The Roslevan Shopping Centre is just a five minute walk away. It has a supermarket, pub/restaurant and many other shops. Parking available - property is a 5 minute drive from city centre, bus & train station.
