Another queen bed is located in the second bedroom while the third bedroom comprises two single ensembles. The open-planned kitchen/family/dining comes complete with stone bench tops, gas cook top, leather couches, 55inch TV and an 8-leather seated dining set. The home is complete with ducted aircon and security alarm system. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and the mini gym (in the 4th bedroom) is available to keep some of your holiday calories in check. Please note: On Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am and 10am we access the property via the garage and side door to water the plants etc. Located in a quiet family-orientated neighbourhood, Sissinghurst House is only a 2-minute drive to the local shops which feature restaurants and a supermarket, amongst other smaller businesses. A playground with bbq facilities is located down the street, less than 100m away. The picturesque Swan Valley and the oceanside Hillary's Boat Harbour are conveniently located 15mins East and West respectively. Regional shopping centres such as Morley Galleria is approximately 15mins away, whilst Lakeside Joondalup is about 20mins North.
