Its setting deep into rural Gozo and proximity to the island’s main town Victoria, which is in 3km distance, so it makes an ideal location. The village is one of the smallest on the island. Situated in the south, between Xlendi valley and the village of Sannat. The silent village square is halted by the tolls of the church bells and the chatting of housewives completing their daily groceries. At sunrise farmers gather in fields to earn their living. Xlendi bay is only 2km away from the property. The bay is encompassed within a sprawling countryside. Along the promenade one can indulge in exquisite local cuisine. The feast of Munxar is celebrated on the last Sunday of May and is dedicated to the beloved patron Saint Paul, at this time of year you will see the village decorated and can watch spectacular firework displays, where village succumbs to a wonderful vibrancy. Distances: nearest restaurants in Xlendi about 2 km from the house, where there are also very nice rocky beaches for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
