Carloggas is a relaxed traditional cottage full of character with fantastic far reaching rural and distant sea views. Situated on the edge of a single track road half way between Falmouth and Helston and only 2 1/2 miles from Gweek at the head of the Helford River with nearby beaches. Light and spacious inside whilst externally there is off road parking and garden with grass and patio area. The house boasts natural underground spring water supply, bee hives and extensive vegetable garden. We give our guests total privacy. Please note however in order to maintain the vegetable garden to the front of the house it is necessary for us to tend to the garden for up to one hour on certain days -the timing of this can be negotiated with guests upon arrival. Additionally there are two active bee hives in the outdoor space provided which are very relaxing to watch whilst having a cup of tea, but are not to be interfered with. The WIFI in the property is not available in the room with the small double bed due to the wall thickness of the cottage. Additional seating for the sitting room may be taken from the conservatory if required. The full size air hockey in the conservatory provides much fun and enjoyment for all ages.
