Aventurah Home is Located in the heart of the main city in New Kaza close to the petrol station and the Sakya Monastery. One can enjoy mesmerising view of the valley & the snow capped mountain from balcony & roof-top. The rooms have similar view of the surroundings. Double- bed is provided in all the rooms with traditional side sitting. The room is spacious and clean. There is a Common Dinning designed in local Spiti traditional style called Baithak. The rate is inclusive of breakfast & dinner. Our property is located in the most beautiful town of Kaza, located at an altitude of about 12,500 ft., on the left bank of the Spiti River in the majestic Lahaul and Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Kaza is surrounded by high mountains, crystal clear river & streams, and barren landscapes interspersed with green landscapes and meadows. It is a marvellous destination, which houses several beautiful palaces, monasteries, gompas, and other historical buildings. Kaza is located high up in the mountains of Lahaul and Spiti valley in Himachal Pradesh. It offers some spectacular views of snow-clad mountains and reivers made up of crystal clear glacial water - One must visit the famous Sakya Tangyud monastery in Kaza - Around Kaza are villages like Tabo, Dhankar, Langza, Hikkim, Komic and Key which are a must visit while you are here. - One can also witness the festivals in Kaza to get a taste of the culture here. Festivals like Fagli and Gochi are celebrated. Hindus also celebrate their festivals like harvest festival, festival of light. There are various fairs like Ladarcha fair, Pauri fair, Tribal Fare. -Shopping in Kaza for local yak wool shawls and socks is popular among Travellers. - Kaza also has a couple of shops that sell products made out Sea-buckthorn that is found in the area and has great medicinal properties. There are two routes to Spiti valley, from Manali and from Shimla.The Manali route is open from mid-June till end of October whereas the Shimla route is open all year round. The distance between Manali and Kaza is around 234 kms. And takes approximately 9-10 hrs. to reach. The distance between Shimla and Kaza is around 450 kms. And takes approximately 2days to reach Kaza. You can take local Himachal Pradesh transport buses to Kaza or hire cabs from either Manali or Shimla. You can also let us know for the ride from either Shimla or Manali and we will provide you the same. -Washrooms will be common. -Dinner timings will be till 10:30pm - Ample parking space is provided. - We can help in arranging adventure activities such as skiing, trekking and other activities in the region. - Linen will be changed upon request. - We also provide transport services like cabs from Manali or Shimla and even for local sightseeing. - Bike renting is also possible.
