(see cottage on left of main picture & last 4 pictures). The Studio is opposite the annexe. It is a twin-bedded room with en-suite facilites; it is available as an add on to the annexe if required. Main house has 1 double en suite, 1 double/twin with private bathroom, 1 single en suite. Also available to guests is: The Garden Kitchen, The Bar (unstocked!), The Games Room (can seat 15+) ......space where you can let your hair down & enjoy the rustic charm. The Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Sun Deck & Garden. Large spacious garden. This is a rustic stay so if you’re looking for 5* luxury it’s not the place for you. If you’re looking for homely and perfect for a party, then you’ve found your spot! We live at one end of the main house, but we keep a low profile & are more than happy for guests to have good harmless fun, as long as it does not get ridiculously rowdy or out of hand! No loud music after 11pm and no all night parties. Mistletoe Farm is on the edge of the beautiful Blackdown Hills & just 30mins from the Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis. 5 minutes from the A303 at Ilminster 15 minutes from the M5 at Taunton Plenty of off road parking. Cycle Path on old railway line from Chard to Ilminster 1 mile to Chard Resevoir.
