Comfortable three bedroom townhouse with beach and creek close by. Great family retreat, or for catching with up with those special friends.  Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area downstairs leading to fully fenced courtyard. All bedrooms are upstairs - main with queen bed and ceiling fan, second with double bed and ceiling fan and 3rd with one set of single bunks and a pedestal fan. Gas heating is available for the cooler months. Newly renovated bathroom with separate bath and shower.  Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Enjoy a BBQ while relaxing in the cool courtyard on a hot summers day. Pet friendly property (outside only).  A pet bond of $110.00 is required when booking.  This bond will be refunded if there is no evidence of the pet having been inside, if there is no damage to the property and all faeces have been removed. No access to garage. Linen is not provided however can be hired for an additional fee.  Please contact our office and we will provide details of the linen hire companies.
