Our fully-furnished place is a step away from the beach (ranked # 8 on “International Living” online portal). Our place is perfect f or couples, families (inclusive of infant crib), solo adventurers and business travelers. It comes complete with wifi, towels, bed linens, soap, shower gel, washing / drying and kitchen facilities. We also offer one free parking unit (lot # 50). You will have direct secured beach access plus stunning sunset view from our huge balcony. Our unit is situated at level 7 out of 8 in the quiet center block (as in the title photo) facing the swimming pool & sea with no immediate neighboring units. We will either welcome you personally or our friend Roy will do so. At check-in we will introduce you to the place and give the keys / access card. Anytime! Peaceful and quiet nearby, lively around the corner. The sound of the waves washing at the shore is mind-soothing. Regular bus "rapid penang" lines 101 & 102 as well as sightseeing bus. Reliable taxi service. Grabcar is also a good alternative. Low density property. My cat sometimes visits the place.
