Located at the end of the village Serpins the apartment features a private balcony with mountain view and fully equipped kitchen and outside bbq area. Rooms have mountain views. Swimming pool is shared by all 3 apartments. Great place to explore the beautiful area with many outdoor activities close by. The bus stop is only minutes from the house with regular service to Lousa, Miranda do Corvo and Coimbra. Cafes and restaurants are in walkable distance as well as various river beaches. The appartment is accessed by a stone staircase leading to the private balcony with mountain view and pool view. It is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. The living room features a fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob oven microwave toaster kettle and every thing guests need to prepare their own meals. The 2 bedrooms have double beds with bedside tables and wardrobe. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2 children. All windows are double glazed and have mosquito nets. There is a non smoking policy througout the appartment. No peds allowed Reg Nr AL /75024 All guests have access to the outside pool and pool area. The bbq area can be used by all guests. We are living in the other part of the house and are happy to help if you need anything There are coffee shops and 2 cake shops / bistros in walkable distance. Also a rustic restaurant where local portuguese dishes are served. Local supermarket for daily essentials and sport centre with a bar with night life are in the village. Public transport at door step. Walk just outside the back gate and find lots of walks through a beautiful countryside . The Serra de Lousa and the famous chist villages with good hiking routes are a 20 min drive away. During summer months you can have a swim in the river .There are 2 river beaches in walkable distance which one of them has a little bar. Drive to Lousa in 10 min and Miranda do Corvo in 15min Beautiful house over 200 years old lovely restored with great mountain views. No peds allowed
