Amazing Group Stay! 2 Kitchens, 6 b/r,4 bathrooms!

Wow! This house is two levels with: 6 large bedrooms (all with queen size beds), 4 bathrooms, seperate toilets, 2 living areas and 2 awesome kitchens!! A lovely private outdoor patio on the ground floor back area which is enclosed if you have the children, and on the top level a balcony that catches those beautiful sunset colours in the evening. Wonderful location very convenient to beach, bars and shopping! Ten minute walk to the popular Scarborough surfing and patrolled beach! The big two storey space accommodates 12 guests: 6 bedrooms all with queen size beds, (2 main bedrooms have attached Ensuite and TV's) 2 main bathrooms both with hot showers and hot bath tubs 4 seperate toilets 2 amazing kitchens - fully equipped with all modern and brand new appliances for all your cooking needs: toaster, kettle, rice cooker, blender, coffee plunger, microwave, stove top/oven, pots and pans, cooking essentials (oil, herbs, spices etc), coffee/tea/sugar, dishwasher. Combine families and friends but still live separately if you wish. The two levels are self contained and can be blocked off or shared by all your guests. A great place to stay for a large group!! 2 carspaces in remote control garage (and third park on driveway if needed) Ducted a/c throughout - in every bedroom and living area. Free Wi-fi included throughout Top level has balcony with views of amazing sunsets Bottom level has lovely maintained gardens with an entertainers undercover deck area Ground Floor Loungeroom has the Smart TV - Please use your own accounts to login to Netflix, Stan etc. Please Note: the two single beds (are foldaways) can be placed in any bedroom but you must let me know if you need them in advance, so I have enough time to prepare for you. The queen EuroBed air mattress with linen is available for use and is stored in the linen cupboard. Two cots and two high chairs are available for use, please let me know if needed with notice. The whole house is yours! We do not live there at all. We are only a phone call or message away if needed :) Call or text me anytime! Or if you need me to come over to the house, I can do that no problems at all :) Scarborough is a vibrant suburb of Perth - featuring the popular surfing and patrolled beach, the lovely walking track along the indi ocean front, large open space parks, tree lined streets and great coffee cafes!! Everything you need is here - Coles Supermarket, Post office, Pharmacies, Medical GP, Butchers, Bakeries, Gourmet food market, cafes, restaurants and bars! The nightlife is fun and casual - a variety of watering holes like Oceans One, Beach Bar, James Squires, El Grotto and the good old local 'the Indi bar' providing live bands and entertainment. We love Scarborough for the cruisey coastal lifestyle - relaxed but still close enough to the city, Fremantle and Swan Valley!! Don’t forget to have a look and a swim down at the new geo thermally heated swimming pool! All year round 27 degrees. Lap pool, children’s pool, fitness classes and cafe :) Getting around locally or discovering Perth is super easy with many options: Bus line fifty metres away Uber and taxi cabs (Black & White Taxi and Swan Taxi services) very convenient and efficient Stirling train station is the closest station to Scarborough - which makes it super easy to get in to the city or Fremantle etc. Park all day at train station for only $2 and ave $4 for a return train ride ticket. Plenty of car hire places that are very cheap eg Bayswater car hire and Sunset Rent a Car (located at Luna Plaza in Scarborough)
