The Gingerbread House at Semaphore *pet friendly*

The Gingerbread House is a quaint character cottage situated a few minutes walk from the cafes and shops of Semaphore Road. It is also a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute walk to the train station. The house has modern furnishings including a king size bed, queen size bed and a double bed. The yard is of a good size and is fully fenced and secure. It is suitable for couples or small families and pets are welcome. A character cottage with jarrah floorboards and open fire, the house has modern furnishings and everything you need for a relaxing stay by the beach. All linen is supplied and the kitchen includes small appliances and some pantry items. The private, secure and fully fenced backyard is perfect for your dog. There is a large rear deck and veranda with BBQ. The whole house including fully fenced backyard with private off street parking. Available anytime by airbnb message. The house is a short walk to numerous cafes and restaurants in Semaphore Road. You can stroll around the corner to see a movie or shop for gifts. There is a large supermarket within walking distance and the beach is only a 5 min walk away. There is a coast path for walking or running which takes in the beautiful beach views for approximately 10km. There are two larger shopping complexes only a short drive away. The historic area of Port Adelaide is very close and has some great walks including The Port Loop path and the Mural Art walk. Beautiful historic buildings and a great maritime museum are features of the Port area as well as a dolphin sanctuary in the Port River. The train station is a 10 min walk and the train takes approximately 30 minutes to get to Adelaide. A trip to the Barossa Valley or the Adelaide Hills will take less than 1 hour by car. The third bedroom also doubles as a family room and has access to the main house via the back door. Please see the floor plan for details. The house is in a very quiet street and is very secure. There is a highchair available on request. The number of beds available for use depends on the amount of guests booked. Eg all three beds are not made up for two guests due to COVID cleaning requirements. Semaphore has a very friendly dog culture. Children and dogs are equally welcome !
