The neighbourhood is very quiet and local transport by bus or train is within walking distance with the M.90 motorway link a few minutes drive away. There are not many properties offering this standard of accommodation so close to the centre yet near to transport links by car, bus or rail. The historic Royal Burgh of Dunfermline is worth spending time yet not far to travel to Edinburgh, Perth, St Andrews, Glasgow or further afield. Excellent car parking. Safe for children. You have access to the whole property. I am only a few minutes drive away should there be a query and only too happy to help out but realise you may wish your privacy. It's a very quiet, residential area with a playpark for children a few minutes walk away. There is a very good pub, The Elizabethan, five minutes walk away and the pub food is just lovely, varied menu and reasonably priced. Queen Margaret Railway Station is five minutes walk and various buses to centre of town or other direction to Halbeath Park and Ride where there are many buses to all parts of Fife, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness etc. The airport 747 bus is a very convenient service. Much cheaper to hire a car locally than from the airport. The M.90 motorway link is only a few minutes drive away. NO PETS OR SMOKERS
