Situated only five minutes from the M1 Sydney to Newcastle motorway and six minutes from great shopping at Westfield Shoppingtown Tuggerah, Laguna Niguel is ideal for people looking for somewhere to stay that feels a million miles away, but that is within moments of transport and facilities. Enjoy a lovely walk around the property, or jump in the car for 10 minutes to arrive at Shelley Beach or 15 minutes to the Entrance, Wamberal or Terrigal beaches and then chill out back at the homestead with a movie or a board game. The massive front covered deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and a meal with friends or catch up with family for a beautiful lunch on a sunny day or an evening meal capturing amazing views of a thunderstorm. The fully renovated bungalow style residence has an inground pool plus several outdoor and indoor entertaining areas and also includes a private nursery. We pride ourselves on keeping Laguna Niguel spotlessly clean and we know that you will enjoy and remember an amazing stay in this unique residence and incredible environment. Laguna Niguel has an inground pool where you can relax and enjoy an afternoon dip, and a BBQ area where you can watch the valley sunset. We live right next door to the house so we are just a text away. A very private and tranquil environment surrounds the residence, and whilst Laguna Niguel will make you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere, it is super close to 2 railway stations, Westfield Tuggerah and the handy shops at Chittaway Bay. The cycleway starts at Chittaway Bay, only 2 minutes from Laguna Niguel and follows the shores of Tuggerah Lake for 12 km. The cycle path is flat. It’s an easy bike ride. It passes through Long Jetty then goes all the way to The Entrance. If your kids are too small to cycle 12 km, then head to Saltwater Creek Reserve and turn back. There are several great parks along the way. Pause and sit beside the lake, play in the playgrounds and walk on the longest jetty in NSW. If you want to fill the day, visit The Entrance before or after cycling... Children can have fun in the amusement rides and jumping castles if it’s a weekend or school holiday. And watch Pelican Feeding at 3.30 pm daily. No parties or events, no amplified or loud music, no drugs or unpermitted guests allowed (this is not negotiable).
