We offer a modern, high quality furnished house with stunning views of the Wetterstein mountains with Zugspitze massif, Höllental and Alpspitze. The house has about 105 square meters on three neatly divided floors. On the ground floor is a spacious, exclusively equipped kitchen and a dining area for up to six people. In addition, a wood stove for cozy hours in winter or for cooler days in spring or autumn. From the living room with comfortable seating and TV, there is the spacious terrace with garden. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and a large balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and larch wood floors and are ideal for allergy sufferers. The basement can be reached via a staircase directly from the living area. There is a bedroom (box spring bed) with private exit to the terrace. In addition, there is a sauna on the lower level with a cozy relaxation area. The bathroom is accessible both from the sauna area, as well as from the bedroom. Shower and bath towels, and bed linen are of course available.
