The balcony which frequently gets the sea breeze is suitable for sun bathing and for morning and evening relaxing moments. The upper part of the house, which over looks the beach, provides wind surfing too. The house consists of one large bed room with bath attached, a spacious living and dinning area. The basic necessities, which includes fans, complete tiled flooring etc. The spacious living and dinning area extends to a balcony which gives a view of the beach front and a calm and peaceful atmosphere to live in.
